REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
1) If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of this before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
2) No refunds will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
3) We will correct any service to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. We will do our best to serve you.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
PERSONAL ITEMS AND MONEY
Clients are required to take full responsibility for any incidents of damage or loss and report them immediately. Additionally, when dealing with monetary transactions, clients are advised to ensure that the amount is counted before leaving the cashier. Please note that the salon and technicians hold no responsibility once the client has left the premise.
KIDS POLICY
To ensure the safety of all children and clients, it is necessary for each child to be accompanied by a guardian who will supervise and watch over them. Please note that we do not assume any liability for accidents that may occur to children while they are in the salon. The guardian will be solely responsible for assuming any risks associated with their child's visit.
WAIVER AND RELEASE SERVICES
As a client, it is important to inform your technician(s) of any health problems you may have. By signing the waiver and release agreement as getting any services, you fully release the technician(s) and ALISON NAIL SALON NOLA from any liability for personal injury associated with the services provided.
Also, if any injuries or accidents occur within the salon, it is important to notify us immediately in order for us to take responsibility for assistance. Without informing us and declining our offers for assistance, clients are responsible for any personal injury associated with accidents that may occur outside of the salon.
* The policy is in effect from the day the business was established and applies to all clients and technicians who are present in the salon or receive services from ALISON NAIL SALON NOLA.
